Payment Policy

At artigianal-mente Store is owned and operated by Blk Management LLC., we keep payments simple, secure, and clear. We currently accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments via Stripe.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

✅ PayPal

  • You can pay using your PayPal balance, bank account, or linked card through PayPal.

  • If you don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal may still allow you to pay by card depending on your location and PayPal’s rules.

  • Your PayPal transaction is processed on PayPal’s secure platform.

✅ Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)

  • We accept major credit/debit cards through Stripe, a secure payment processor.

  • Card payments are encrypted and processed securely.

  • We do not store your full card number on our servers.

2) When You Are Charged

  • Your payment is typically authorized and charged at checkout when you place an order.

  • If a payment fails or is flagged for verification, the order may not be confirmed until the payment is successful.

3) Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder first (because email loves being dramatic).

4) Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in USD (U.S. Dollars) unless clearly stated otherwise on the checkout page.

5) Taxes

If applicable, taxes will be shown at checkout. If no tax is charged, it will display accordingly at checkout.

6) Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may be declined due to:

  • Incorrect billing information

  • Insufficient funds

  • Bank/security blocks

  • PayPal/Stripe risk checks

If your payment fails, try again or use the other method (humans call this “Plan B”).

7) Fraud Prevention & Order Review

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may place an order on hold or cancel it if:

  • Payment details don’t match

  • The transaction is flagged by PayPal/Stripe

  • We cannot verify key order info

If we cancel for payment/security reasons, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded if a charge already went through.

8) Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account/payment source.

  • Stripe refunds go back to the original card.

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank, usually 3–10 business days.

(Translation: sometimes it’s instant, sometimes banks move like they’re on dial-up.)
