Returns & Refunds Policy

At artigianal-mente Store is owned and operated by Blk Management LLC., we try to keep returns straightforward instead of turning them into a legal maze.

1) Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong item

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2) Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)

We sell real products, not boomerangs.

3) How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Requests without proof will move at the speed of bureaucracy.

4) Return Approval

  • All returns require approval before shipping anything back.

  • If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Refund processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

7) Replacements

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know in your request.

  • Replacements are sent after the original item is approved and, if required, returned.

8) Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before processing begins.

  • Once processing starts, the order cannot be canceled.

9) Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first slows everything down and may result in:

  • order cancellation

  • account restrictions

We strongly recommend contacting us first so we can actually help.
